About the Journal

Journal of Public Service Innovation & Digital Governance (JIPP-DigGov) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Sagandong Institute. The journal aims to disseminate research findings, conceptual analyses, and critical reflections in the fields of public administration, public service innovation, and digital governance. It provides an academic platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss contemporary issues related to governance reform, digital transformation, and the modernization of public service delivery.

JIPP-DigGov welcomes original research articles, review papers, and conceptual studies focusing on, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • Innovation and transformation in public service delivery;

The journal is published twice a year, in March and October, and applies a double-blind peer review process to maintain academic integrity and publication quality.
